Qualifications:
- Active Maryland BCBA license is required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience delivering ABA services in educational settings, preferably across K-12
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Proficient in developing, monitoring, and modifying behavior intervention plans
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Consult regularly with teachers, instructional staff, and administrators
- Provide professional guidance and staff training on behavioral interventions and best practices
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and adapt strategies for diverse needs
- Engage with families as part of each student’s support team
- Monitor, document, and report progress, making data-driven decisions to optimize support
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and district regulations
