Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Licensed to practice in the relevant state
  • Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students in need of behavioral support
  • Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership teams
  • Continuously track progress, perform data analysis, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, contributing expertise during meetings and cooperative planning
