Licensed Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Lexington, SC

This full-time contract opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week within a school-based environment, with varied caseloads tailored to district needs. Your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be pivotal in fostering positive outcomes for students, educators, and support staff.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• State licensure required
• Experience within a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify barriers to student success and recommend tailored supports
• Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that address a range of behavioral needs
• Provide expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to promote positive behavioral strategies
• Engage in regular progress monitoring, data analysis, and documentation to ensure effectiveness and compliance
• Participate in IEP team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student support plans
