Middle School Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lexington, SC

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral support and expertise in a dynamic, full-time, school-based role. Serving elementary, middle, and high school students, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive behavioral outcomes and supporting student success across a variety of academic environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid licensure as required
• Experience working with school-aged children; previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
• Adept communication and collaboration capabilities for working closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of behavioral challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer guidance, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Analyze behavioral data, document progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet student goals
• Collaborate as a valued member of IEP teams, providing input and expertise in meetings to help shape educational and behavioral programming

This contract position is full-time, offering 37.5 hours each week during standard school hours and is based in a supportive school environment. Caseloads will vary, reflecting the evolving needs of the district, affording diverse opportunities to apply and grow your skillset.
