Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred

- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and create individualized behavior intervention plans to support their academic and social success
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective strategies
- Provide direct support, guidance, and consultation to staff regarding behavior management
- Monitor and document student progress, modifying interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
- Train and support school staff to ensure consistency and fidelity in behavior plan implementation
- Remain current with best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis and relevant educational developments
