Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment tools and intervention strategies
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with students, educators, and caregivers
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to the evolving needs of a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and recommend data-driven interventions
  • Design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff in effective behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate regularly with school teams and families to facilitate student success
  • Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and refine plans as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development
