Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Liberty, Missouri

Seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract opportunity working onsite in a vibrant school environment supporting students and staff for the 2026-2027 academic year. Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Experience modeling intervention strategies for educators and training teams
• Demonstrated ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other BCBAs
• Proficiency in organizing and managing multiple priorities across school sites
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating collaboration and presenting information
• Familiarity with current evidence-based practices in behavioral support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and document FBAs; develop and implement effective BIPs
• Model intervention strategies for staff; deliver comprehensive trainings in behavioral interventions
• Supervise RBTs and mentor BCBA colleagues, ensuring quality service delivery
• Observe classrooms and individual students; make recommendations to support educational planning
• Collect and analyze behavioral data; establish data systems to monitor student progress
• Guide program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for a variety of stakeholders
• Maintain electronic files and records, keeping all documentation compliant and up to date
