Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with school-age children or within educational environments highly valued
  • Proficient in designing and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collect behavior data to drive decisions
  • Train and support educators and paraprofessionals on behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and administrators
  • Consult regularly with caregivers to address student needs and ensure consistency across settings
  • Document progress, prepare required reports, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on current best practices and protocols in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
