Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with school-age children or within educational environments highly valued
- Proficient in designing and implementing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide direct and consultative services to students, staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collect behavior data to drive decisions
- Train and support educators and paraprofessionals on behavior management strategies
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and administrators
- Consult regularly with caregivers to address student needs and ensure consistency across settings
- Document progress, prepare required reports, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development as needed
- Stay up-to-date on current best practices and protocols in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
