Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active and current BCBA certification required
  • Valid state license to practice as a Behavior Analyst
  • Direct experience working with school-aged children, from elementary through high school preferred
  • Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and intervention planning
  • Ability to communicate clearly with staff, students, and families
  • Previous experience in school settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and progress
  • Provide coaching and support to teachers and support staff on behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive service plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services, assessment findings, and progress
  • Deliver training to staff and families as needed
