Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required.
- Valid licensure to practice as a BCBA.
- Experience working with K-12 populations, including elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions to improve student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students.
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support in classroom and school settings.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to align strategies and goals.
- Train school personnel in best practices for behavioral interventions and data collection.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Monitor progress and make recommendations for ongoing support.
