Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • Valid licensure to practice as a BCBA.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations, including elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions to improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support in classroom and school settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to align strategies and goals.
  • Train school personnel in best practices for behavioral interventions and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Monitor progress and make recommendations for ongoing support.
