Qualifications and Skills:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Current state licensure to practice as a BCBA
• Experience working with school-aged children, including elementary, middle, and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students across multiple grade levels

• Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Facilitate meetings and contribute to IEP development and progress reviews
• Engage families and caregivers in consistent behavior strategies and support
