Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Licensed to practice as a BCBA
• Proven experience working with school-aged children, preferably across multiple grade levels
• Familiarity with implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans in educational settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Knowledge of current best practices in applied behavior analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and analyze student data
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Train and consult with school staff on behavior strategies, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education and related service providers
• Support compliance with district, state, and federal behavioral regulations
• Facilitate parent meetings and provide family education as appropriate
• Adapt approaches for elementary, middle, and high school populations
