Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | School-Based

Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive school district and make a meaningful impact on student success. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
• Setting: School-based

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Providing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Progress monitoring, data analysis, and documentation
• Collaborating with IEP teams and participating in meetings as needed

Requirements:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
