Step into a vital role for the upcoming 26/27 school year, where your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will make a tangible difference for high school students. This full-time, contract opportunity is perfect for professionals skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis within the educational setting. You’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with district personnel, including school psychologists and administrative teams, focusing on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), student observations, targeted interventions, and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development. As this is an itinerant position, you’ll provide services across several neighboring high schools, strengthening district-wide behavioral supports.

Your experience and background set the stage for success, and your commitment will be rewarded with an hourly pay rate ranging from $50 to $60, dependent on your years of experience and educational achievements.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current BCBA license from the BACB
  • Minimum one year of ABA experience in school settings
  • Familiarity working with high school students, especially those in ED (Emotional Disturbance) populations
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
  • Proven ability in communication and collaborative teamwork
  • Reliable transportation to move between schools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting FBAs, student observations, and interventions
  • Creating and updating effective BIPs
  • Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams for comprehensive behavior support
