Your primary duties will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and working alongside teachers, counselors, school psychologists, social workers, and other BCBAs. What we’re looking for:
- Valid BCBA licensure in good standing with the BACB.
- At least one year of experience in a school-based BCBA position.
- Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation.
