Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Valid state licensure as a behavior analyst
• Experience working with school-aged children (elementary, middle, and/or high school levels)

• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing consultation to staff and families

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure fidelity of interventions
• Provide direct and consultative services to support students’ success in school environments
• Offer training and support to staff on behavior management strategies
• Collect and interpret data to evaluate effectiveness of interventions and modify plans as needed
• Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and student support planning
• Maintain accurate records and uphold best practices in confidentiality
