Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Prior experience in educational or school-based environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
  • Exceptional communication skills with educators, families, and students
  • Proficient in creating, monitoring, and adjusting individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of student behavior and learning needs
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
  • Train and support instructional staff in implementing ABA strategies and interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions
  • Consult with classroom teams to address behavioral concerns and support inclusive learning
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expert insights for student success
  • Communicate regularly with families to provide guidance and updates on progress
