Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Prior experience in educational or school-based environments preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with educators, families, and students
- Proficient in creating, monitoring, and adjusting individualized behavior intervention plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of student behavior and learning needs
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Train and support instructional staff in implementing ABA strategies and interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess program effectiveness and inform decisions
- Consult with classroom teams to address behavioral concerns and support inclusive learning
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expert insights for student success
- Communicate regularly with families to provide guidance and updates on progress
