Full-time positions are available serving K–12 students, with multiple roles open for dedicated professionals. This contract position covers schools throughout the Long Beach and Torrance area, where you’ll play a key role supporting positive student outcomes.
As a BCBA, you’ll work closely with educators, students, and families to promote positive behavior and skill development. Your expertise will help shape instructional approaches and assist school teams in meeting students’ needs. Candidates should be prepared to engage across multiple sites, manage diverse caseloads, and facilitate effective service delivery in both individual and group situations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, ideally in K–12 settings
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
- Develop, write, and help execute individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide on-site support and consultation to staff across several school locations
- Train and guide teachers, aides, and support professionals in behavioral strategies
- Collect, analyze, and report on student data to drive decision-making
- Engage with families to develop strong partnerships and promote student growth
