What We Look For:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Valid and active licensure in California.
  • Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings.
  • Familiarity with creating and assessing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
  • Passion for fostering positive change and promoting inclusive educational practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses for students across the K-12 spectrum.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized BIPs tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and consultation to educational staff.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families, ensuring clear communication and coordinated care.
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and educational interventions.
