Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification and licensure required
  • Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and classroom behavior intervention strategies
  • Skilled in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and report-writing abilities
  • Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Adaptable and compassionate approach in diverse school environments

Responsibilities and Daily Impact:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and collaborate on the creation of individualized behavior plans
  • Mentor and train school staff on the implementation of behavior supports and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting plans to optimize outcomes
  • Coordinate with educators and related professionals to foster a positive, inclusive learning climate
  • Engage families and caregivers to ensure alignment between school-based and home-based interventions
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards
