Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Valid licensure in the state
  • Previous experience in schools (elementary, middle, or high school)
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention planning
  • Collaborative communication style, able to partner effectively with teachers, administration, and families
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support implementation of effective behavioral strategies in classroom and school settings
  • Provide direct support, modeling, and feedback to staff regarding best practices in behavioral interventions
  • Monitor students’ progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize positive outcomes
  • Deliver training sessions or workshops to enhance school personnel’s understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to meetings as a valued interdisciplinary team member
