Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure required
• Experience providing behavioral analysis and intervention in schools (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with staff, students, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and work across different school settings

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ behavioral and emotional needs to develop effective intervention strategies
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior plans
• Deliver professional development and training related to behavior management and ABA practices
• Track progress and make data-informed adjustments to intervention plans as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines for student support services
• Advocate for students, promoting their independence and educational success
