Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience supporting K-12 students in school environments preferred
  • Strong background in conducting behavioral assessments and developing effective intervention plans
  • Ability to write, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse requirements of different age groups and environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments for students in accordance with best practices
  • Develop, write, and maintain IEPs for students, ensuring compliance with all district and legal requirements
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and adjust strategies as needed to support student progress
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to school staff and families
  • Travel between multiple school sites to deliver consistent and effective support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress and program fidelity
