Exciting opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to make a significant impact supporting K-12 students! As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing student success and school engagement. Your expertise will drive data-informed interventions, create positive learning environments, and ensure that every student's unique needs are met.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in educational or school-based settings highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of conducting behavioral assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions
  • Familiarity with the IEP process, including writing and implementation
  • Ability to support students across a range of grade levels (K-12)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and resourceful approach for supporting multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students in K-12 settings
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Consult with educators, staff, and families to promote best practices and positive student outcomes
  • Travel between multiple school sites to provide direct support and monitor progress
  • Deliver staff training and coaching on behavioral strategies and interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cases, evaluations, and outcomes
