Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Previous experience providing behavior analytic services in a school setting
• Proficiency in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, families, and students
• Ability to manage and document progress, ensuring compliance with all district and regulatory requirements
• Flexible part-time schedule availability

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students as needed
• Design, develop, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Train and support school staff in implementing intervention strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive school climate and student success
