Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure required
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions and assessments
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and support varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to student needs
  • Train and support instructional staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding behavior goals and supports
  • Offer guidance to families on behavioral strategies that can be utilized at home
