High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Los Angeles, CA

This contract position calls for an experienced and compassionate professional to collaborate with elementary, middle, and high school students. Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Current and valid state licensure as a behavior analyst
• Previous experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with school staff and families to assess student needs and behavioral challenges
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention strategies for K-12 students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collect data to monitor progress
• Provide direct and consultative services for teachers and staff regarding behavior management techniques
• Train, coach, and support paraprofessionals and classroom teams implementing ABA strategies
• Maintain compliance with all relevant ethical and legal professional standards
• Document and report on interventions and progress toward student goals
