Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with educators, students, and families
• Ability to provide effective consultation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult directly with high school teachers and staff on behavior management and support techniques
• Analyze individual student data and recommend evidence-based interventions
• Assist in training educational teams on ABA practices and behavioral strategies
• Develop, oversee, and adjust behavior intervention plans based on student progress
• Provide ongoing support to ensure consistent implementation and document outcomes
