To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• An active BCBA certification
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to student-centered, compassionate care

Daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and designing individualized intervention plans
• Training and supporting school staff on behavior strategies and implementation
• Collaborating with teachers, aides, and families to monitor student progress
• Maintaining thorough documentation and timely reporting
• Adjusting interventions based on data and team feedback for continued student growth
