Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to new heights while making a meaningful difference across K-12 educational settings. A full-time, onsite opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 academic year to collaborate closely with school staff and educators, impacting the lives of students throughout multiple schools.

This pivotal role centers on driving behavioral support initiatives across district programs, especially those focused on behavior and autism. Instead of carrying a direct student caseload, you’ll act as a resource, providing coaching, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and refining Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising a team of two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Direct support to building staff and program consultation is at the heart of this position, fostering improved student outcomes.

What’s needed for success:

  • Active BCBA certification in Colorado and CDE credentials in hand
  • Prior experience supporting K-12 students, preferably within schools or educational programs
  • Strong background in completing FBAs and BIPs
  • Confidence providing ongoing coaching and training to fellow educators and paraprofessionals
  • Experience supervising RBTs or paraprofessionals
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites and commit to a fully onsite presence

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Oversee and support school teams in specialized behavior and autism programs
  • Collaborate with staff to implement and monitor effective behavioral interventions
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs, ensuring high standards of practice
  • Serve as an onsite behavioral expert and trusted resource district-wide

Step into a role where your expertise can create lasting impact, working alongside a dedicated team and shaping positive outcomes across multiple campuses. If this sounds like the right fit for your background and enthusiasm, submit your application today to help empower students and staff throughout the school year.

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
