Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Loveland, Colorado

Make a meaningful impact on student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working full-time for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract opportunity involves supporting multiple K-12 school sites, providing expert guidance to building staff, and ensuring the highest quality behavioral support across the district. You'll be instrumental in developing strategies and interventions to enhance learning environments for students, particularly within behavior and autism programs.

What You'll Bring:

• Current BCBA certification with an active Colorado license and CDE credentials
• Previous experience in school settings or working with children and adolescents preferred
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and administrators
• Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Dedication to maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee behavior support needs across multiple K-12 campuses within the district
• Act as a district-wide resource to building staff, providing consultation and hands-on support
• Develop and refine FBAs and BIPs for students, liaising with education teams for implementation and success tracking
• Offer ongoing supervision and professional direction to two RBTs
• Collaborate closely with special education, behavioral, and administrative teams
• Deliver in-person expertise at assigned school locations; remote options are not available
