Based onsite and interacting closely with educators and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), you’ll contribute to student success and staff development in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid Colorado BCBA license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials required
  • Proven ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Experience supervising RBTs and providing consultative support to school staff
  • Previous K-12 educational experience preferred
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve district-wide across multiple school sites, responding to needs as assigned
  • Guide and mentor staff within behavior and autism programs, ensuring best practices
  • Complete FBAs and author effective BIPs to support student behavioral growth
  • Supervise two RBTs, offering direction, mentorship, and performance feedback
  • Foster collaborative relationships with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Deliver in-person support only (remote/virtual work is not an option)
