Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Valid state licensure as a Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students from various backgrounds and with unique needs

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students referred by school staff
  • Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Provide direct or consultative ABA services to students as identified in IEPs or behavior plans
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review data and make program adjustments
  • Deliver staff and parent training on behavioral strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
