Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Current, valid state licensure for practicing as a BCBA
• Demonstrated experience in school settings, including at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication and consultation skills when working with teachers, administrators, students, and parents
• Ability to analyze behavioral data and adapt strategies effectively
• Dedication to fostering inclusive educational experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student behavior and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support and consultation for teachers and school staff to implement interventions
• Conduct regular observations and collect data to monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input related to behavioral goals and supports
• Educate staff and families on effective behavior management techniques
