Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Current licensure and certification as a BCBA
• Experience in educational settings, preferably across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• In-depth knowledge of research-based behavioral intervention strategies
• Skill in conducting functional behavior assessments and interpreting behavioral data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to train and consult with school staff and parents effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and administrators
• Provide direct support and coaching to school staff on best behavior management practices
• Document progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Engage in regular communication with families, fostering partnerships to support student success
