Requirements for Success:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Consult with teachers and staff to support the implementation of behavioral supports
• Train and guide school personnel and families in positive behavior strategies
• Collect, monitor, and analyze data to inform and adjust intervention plans
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and deliver evaluations as needed
• Work directly with students to teach key skills, support self-regulation, and foster positive behavioral change
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
