Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current licensure and certification as a BCBA
- Experience in educational settings, preferably across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- In-depth knowledge of research-based behavioral intervention strategies
- Skill in conducting functional behavior assessments and interpreting behavioral data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to train and consult with school staff and parents effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school counselors, and administrators
- Provide direct support and coaching to school staff on best behavior management practices
- Document progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Engage in regular communication with families, fostering partnerships to support student success
