Step into an influential role supporting students’ growth and success across PreK–8th grade by providing top-tier behavioral services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This part-time, onsite contract spans the entire school year, beginning August 17, 2026, and concluding June 16, 2027. You’ll work 10-15 hours each week, with scheduling flexibility in coordination with the supervisor, serving multiple campuses in the Lawrence, MA area.

Your primary focus will be a caseload of approximately 15 students, each with unique needs and BCBA services outlined within their IEPs. Caseloads may vary based on evolving student requirements. Direct collaboration with educational teams and regular campus visits will ensure meaningful progress and a lasting impact on students’ academic journeys.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active license to practice in Massachusetts
  • Successful completion of CORI and fingerprinting background checks
  • Experience supporting students from prekindergarten through middle school preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between campuses as needed for direct observational and consultative services
  • Comfortable learning new platforms; training on IEP documentation software (ESped) provided

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop data-driven behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to ensure effective implementation
  • Attend IEP meetings on a varied schedule to participate in student planning
  • Monitor progress and document findings using provided technology
  • Adjust approaches as caseload or student diagnoses shift, with support from leadership
