Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Lowell, MA

Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students from prekindergarten through 8th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a dynamic school-based setting. You’ll collaborate with educational professionals to provide impactful BCBA services, traveling onsite to multiple campuses within the Lawrence area. This part-time contract offers immediate start and extends through June 2027, with a flexible weekly schedule of 10-15 hours shaped in coordination with your supervisor.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts
• Completed CORI and fingerprint background checks
• Previous experience in an educational setting, especially working with students on IEPs, strongly preferred
• Comfort traveling locally to various school campuses within the community
• Willingness to acclimate to new IEP documentation platforms (training and support will be provided for ESped)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized BCBA services to a caseload of approximately 15 students, with caseload variation based on evolving student needs
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs across grade levels, collaborating with teaching staff, therapists, and families
• Attend IEP meetings as scheduled, providing expertise and advocacy to enhance student outcomes
• Complete assessments, behavior intervention plans, and data collection in alignment with best practices and compliance guidelines
• Communicate proactively with the broader support team to monitor progress and adjust strategies
