With no required RBT supervision, you’ll focus your expertise directly on developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans while collaborating closely with a dedicated team of fellow BCBAs.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
- Previous experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels is highly valued
- Ability to adapt strategies for a variety of student needs and environments
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
- Talent for clear, compassionate communication with families, educators, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across three easily accessible school sites
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other BCBAs to promote positive outcomes
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress, data analysis, and team input
- Provide consultation and training for educational staff on behavioral strategies and supports
- Uphold district and ethical standards of clinical documentation and program integrity
