A professional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a contract position in a school setting located in Lowell, MA. This role involves working with students across a wide range of grades, from 1st through 3rd grade and 10th through 12th grade, providing behavior analysis services tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students in elementary and high school grade levels.
  • Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and create effective strategies to support positive student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote consistent implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide training and support to educational staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in behavior analysis practice.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working within school settings across a range of grade levels, particularly 1st through 3rd and 10th through 12th grades.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students.

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts
