1st Grade 12th Grade Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Lowell, MA

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant licensure as required
• Experience working with elementary and high school students, ideally across a range of grade levels
• Strong understanding of positive behavior intervention strategies and applied behavior analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and other school staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans aligned with student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement evidence-based strategies that promote academic and social success
• Train and support school staff and paraprofessionals on behavior intervention techniques and best practices
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Engage regularly with families, providing updates and guidance to support student improvement both at school and at home
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
