Exciting opportunities are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) seeking a meaningful contract role supporting a district-wide initiative for the upcoming academic year. This position will provide behavior specialist expertise across multiple schools, offering support to students from all grade levels.

Enjoy a flexible schedule during traditional school hours, Monday through Friday, while making a positive impact within an educational setting. The assignment runs from August 3rd to June 25th, with a commitment of 35 hours per week. As a district-level resource, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with behavioral technicians, ensuring comprehensive support for students and staff.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention-planning, and data collection skills
  • Comfortable working across a variety of grade levels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students across all grades
  • Collaborate with building-level teams and other specialists district-wide
  • Provide guidance and training for behavioral technicians and school staff
  • Monitor intervention effectiveness and update strategies as needed
  • Travel between multiple elementary, middle, and high schools within the district as part of your assignment
