Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in grades PreK-8 as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This onsite role involves traveling between campuses near Lawrence, MA, and offers the flexibility of a part-time schedule—typically 10-15 hours per week—with details coordinated alongside a supportive supervisor. You’ll play a key role working closely with a caseload of approximately 15 students who have BCBA services included in their IEPs, with potential adjustments based on evolving student needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license valid in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in a school setting or with similar student age ranges preferred
- Ability to navigate changing caseloads and adapt to individual student requirements
- Willingness to travel onsite to various campuses in the Lawrence area
- Commitment to completing CORI and fingerprint background checks
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention plans for students across PreK-8th grade
- Provide direct BCBA services aligned with IEP goals and collaboratively adjust strategies as needed
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as scheduled (varies week to week)
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate with school staff and families professionally
- Utilize the ESped IEP platform (training and support provided if needed)
