Make a meaningful difference for students by providing behavioral support and expertise as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school environment near Lynn, MA. This contract opportunity begins in September and extends through the December break, offering both full-time and flexible part-time roles. Collaborate closely with dedicated education professionals and support teams to help students thrive academically and socially.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working in school settings and/or with children or adolescents strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
  • Ability to create individualized behavioral plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior analytic services to Middle School students (grades 7 and 8) and/or Elementary students (PreK–6), with flexible scheduling options
  • Partner with instructional staff to implement effective intervention plans
  • Provide training and guidance for teachers and school personnel on best practices in behavior management
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Engage in team meetings, collaborate with families, and deliver comprehensive support recommendations for each student
