This contract opportunity begins in September and extends through the December break, offering both full-time and flexible part-time roles. Collaborate closely with dedicated education professionals and support teams to help students thrive academically and socially.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working in school settings and/or with children or adolescents strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
- Ability to create individualized behavioral plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior analytic services to Middle School students (grades 7 and 8) and/or Elementary students (PreK–6), with flexible scheduling options
- Partner with instructional staff to implement effective intervention plans
- Provide training and guidance for teachers and school personnel on best practices in behavior management
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage in team meetings, collaborate with families, and deliver comprehensive support recommendations for each student
