You’ll provide support to three buildings in close proximity, minimizing travel and maximizing your impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required.
  • Experience delivering behavioral services in school environments.
  • Comfortable working with students across a range of age groups and developmental levels.
  • Strong team player, able to engage effectively with fellow BCBAs.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently without RBT supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and other BCBAs to ensure high-quality student care.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
  • Train staff on positive behavioral strategies and ongoing best practices.
  • Engage in consultation across three conveniently situated school buildings, ensuring consistent support for students.
  • Document progress, update goals, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
