Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Lynn, MA

An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst eager to make a difference in student lives. This contract role covers the 2026–2027 school year with an immediate start and continues through mid-June 2027, offering impactful work across multiple school sites. The position features a multi-building caseload, requiring effective collaboration and skillful management of diverse needs throughout the district.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Valid LABA license issued by the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong ability in writing, implementing, and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Exceptional data collection, graphing, and progress reporting skills for IEP meetings
• Proficiency supervising, training, and modeling interventions for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers
• Bilingual skill in Spanish is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Carrying out FBAs and developing evidence-based BIPs tailored to student needs
• Overseeing and supporting 1:1 paraprofessionals, RBTs, and instructional staff, including providing hands-on training and feedback
• Ensuring accurate, timely data collection and preparing progress notes and reports for IEP meetings
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Traveling between two to three assigned schools as part of the weekly 34-hour schedule
