Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience working in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students
- Design, implement, and monitor data-driven intervention plans
- Train and support school staff in behavioral strategies and interventions
- Provide ongoing consultation for teachers and parents
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
