Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- State licensure or eligibility as required by regulations
- Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans in school or pediatric settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting relative to student progress
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with diverse populations
- Ability to provide training and guidance to educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Commitment to ethical standards and professional best practices
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate in the development of individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Oversee, monitor, and adjust intervention strategies for students in special education or general education environments
- Train and supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and other instructional staff implementing behavioral protocols
- Collect, analyze, and report data to assess student progress and inform program modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and contribute to student-centered educational planning
- Engage in parent/caregiver meetings, provide resources, and offer ongoing support
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
