Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • State licensure or eligibility as required by regulations
  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting relative to student progress
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with diverse populations
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to educators, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Commitment to ethical standards and professional best practices

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate in the development of individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Oversee, monitor, and adjust intervention strategies for students in special education or general education environments
  • Train and supervise registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and other instructional staff implementing behavioral protocols
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to assess student progress and inform program modifications
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and contribute to student-centered educational planning
  • Engage in parent/caregiver meetings, provide resources, and offer ongoing support
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies and regulatory standards
