Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Madison, MS

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience working in a school or educational setting strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students
• Design, implement, and monitor data-driven intervention plans
• Train and support school staff in behavioral strategies and interventions
• Provide ongoing consultation for teachers and parents
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations
