Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Demonstrated experience in a school or educational setting, working with students who have diverse needs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ABA methodologies and ethical guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Detail-oriented, with strong data collection and analysis abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student behaviors
  • Design and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff
  • Deliver professional development and behavioral management training to school personnel as needed
  • Monitor progress, evaluate behavioral outcomes, and adjust interventions thoughtfully
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and support across home and school environments
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
