Put your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work making a meaningful difference for students from prekindergarten through 8th grade. This contract opportunity offers a flexible, part-time schedule—10 to 15 hours per week—providing direct services at school campus locations in the Lawrence, MA area. Starting as soon as possible and running through mid-June 2027, you’ll collaborate with a supportive leadership team and impact students across a variety of learning needs.

What you bring:

  • Active and valid BCBA license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience working within a school environment (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel onsite to campuses in Lawrence, MA
  • Ability to support a caseload of up to 15 students, with adaptability as needs evolve
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and best practices in behavioral health
  • Completion of CORI and fingerprint background checks, or willingness to complete upon hire

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend IEP meetings, with a varying schedule
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and consultation to educators and support staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and utilize the ESped IEP platform (training provided)
  • Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust strategies for student growth
  • Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other stakeholders
