Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in educational or school-based environments preferred
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Compassion for supporting a diverse learner population

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized intervention strategies
  • Create, monitor, and update behavior intervention plans based on ongoing student progress
  • Provide training and guidance for teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavioral intervention techniques
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations for student support plans
  • Maintain documentation, progress notes, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
