Middle School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Manchester Center, VT

Empower students to achieve their full potential as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with elementary, middle, and high school populations. Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Active state licensure
• Experience with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school personnel

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students across various grade levels
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect data to inform decision-making
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to model strategies and provide ongoing training
• Engage with parents and guardians to share progress and involve them in the intervention process
• Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines
