Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• State licensure appropriate for practice in educational settings
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students strongly preferred
• Effective communicator with teachers, administration, students, and families
• Proficient in data collection, functional behavior assessments, and intervention planning
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability within multidisciplinary education teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to identify student needs and goals
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff and families on applied behavior analysis strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress and inform interventions
• Consult regularly with educational staff to create and maintain supportive, inclusive learning environments
