What You’ll Bring:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience working in school environments is essential
- Strong skills in assessment, behavior plan development, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload spanning elementary to high school students
- Comfort with hands-on involvement and direct services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual student assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
- Train and support teachers, aides, and other staff to implement effective strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes
- Collaborate closely with families and educators to support a holistic approach to student success
- Remain available for extended school year (ESY) service upon conclusion of the traditional school session
