What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school environments is essential

• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload spanning elementary to high school students
• Comfort with hands-on involvement and direct services

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual student assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
• Train and support teachers, aides, and other staff to implement effective strategies
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes
• Collaborate closely with families and educators to support a holistic approach to student success
• Remain available for extended school year (ESY) service upon conclusion of the traditional school session
