A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time assignment runs from August through June, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 35-37.5 hours per week. Serving a diverse K-12 student population, you will play an essential role in supporting students’ behavioral, academic, and social success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred

  • Ability to work with K-12 populations with varied backgrounds and needs
  • Demonstrated organization and time-management abilities
  • Passion for evidence-based practice in behavioral intervention

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for students and staff
  • Train, mentor, and collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals
  • Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate effectively with families to reinforce strategies and collaborate on progress
  • Stay current with best practices in behavioral analysis and relevant regulations
