In this position, you’ll supervise and mentor two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), play an integral part within a school district team, and directly interact with students to shape positive outcomes. The assignment runs from September 2026 through June 2027, offering approximately 20 hours each week.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience working in a school setting
  • Familiarity with elementary-age students and their behavioral needs
  • Ability to supervise and provide guidance to RBTs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
  • Adaptable and committed to evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support RBTs as they implement individualized behavior plans
  • Deliver direct behavioral assessment and intervention for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and review behavioral strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and comply with district protocols
  • Contribute expertise during multidisciplinary team meetings
