Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience with implementation of behavior support and intervention plans in an educational setting
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities for working with students, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to promoting a positive and supportive learning atmosphere for diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 50–75 K-12 students with behavior support needs, including 8–15 intensive behavior cases
• Conduct thorough FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and consult with school staff on behavioral strategies and supports
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure student growth
• Document and report on interventions, outcomes, and student progress according to compliance standards
• Communicate professionally with families and school stakeholders
