Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience as a BCBA in a school or educational setting preferred

• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students referred by educators or administrators
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Provide direct support and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on student progress to adjust interventions as necessary
• Facilitate training sessions for school staff on ABA principles and behavior management techniques
• Regularly communicate with parents or guardians to keep them engaged and informed about student progress and strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and district policies related to special education and student support
