  • Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and parents
  • Proven organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic educational environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards of practice

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform programming
  • Develop, monitor, and modify student-centered behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to support positive behavior strategies
  • Train and mentor school personnel in behavioral interventions and best practices
  • Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Advocate for students’ needs and contribute to ongoing improvement of school-wide behavioral supports
