Location: Marana, AZ 85653
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week
Setting: On-Site | District-Wide

A district-level BCBA opportunity is available near Tucson for the 2026/2027 school year. The BCBA will play a key role in supporting the district's behavior team while providing supervision, assessment, consultation, and professional development.

Position Details:

Full-time position
30 hours per week
On-site only
September 8, 2026 – May 25, 2027
Lead and support a district-level behavior team
Supervise RBTs
Conduct student observations and FBAs
Consult with staff and parents
Write and implement BIPs
Provide professional development related to behavior modification strategies

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification
Behavioral assessment and intervention experience
Ability to work on-site
School-based experience preferred
