Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Demonstrated experience supporting students at elementary, junior, and high school levels
• Strong knowledge of data collection, applied behavior analysis principles, and behavior intervention planning
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers, counselors, and families
• Ability to develop individualized programs and oversee paraprofessionals or RBTs as needed
• Experience creating functional behavior assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and create comprehensive, individualized behavior intervention plans
• Work directly with 1st through 12th grade students, addressing a range of behavioral and academic goals
• Provide coaching, modeling, and feedback to teachers and support staff on effective strategies
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Facilitate meetings with families and staff to ensure cohesive support
