Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience providing behavioral analysis services in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of functional behavior assessments and the development of individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Ability to provide direct support, mentorship, and consultation to instructional staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a school-based environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop measurable intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Train and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on the implementation of behavioral plans
- Gather and analyze behavioral data, making recommendations for program adjustments as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and collaborate with school personnel to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
