Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Marina, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience providing behavioral analysis services in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of functional behavior assessments and the development of individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Ability to provide direct support, mentorship, and consultation to instructional staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a school-based environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop measurable intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Train and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on the implementation of behavioral plans
• Gather and analyze behavioral data, making recommendations for program adjustments as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with school personnel to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
