Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support three RBTs, ensuring fidelity of implementation for all behavioral programs
- Deliver training sessions and real-time behavioral modeling for school staff
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and adapt effective behavior intervention plans
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress, adjusting supports as needed
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear, timely documentation
