Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience in school settings preferred.
  • Teletherapy experience valued.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to supervise, coach, and mentor behavior technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support 3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working throughout the district.
  • Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Lead and participate in meetings focused on student goals and therapy implementation.
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure consistency and fidelity in therapy delivery.
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to broaden service reach and impact.
