Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school settings preferred
- Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to provide supervision and training to paraprofessionals, teachers, and other staff
- Knowledge of current best practices in behavioral intervention and data-driven decision making
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
- Provide direct support and coaching to staff and families
- Collect and analyze behavior data to drive student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the collaborative planning process
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
