Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in school settings preferred
• Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to provide supervision and training to paraprofessionals, teachers, and other staff
• Knowledge of current best practices in behavioral intervention and data-driven decision making

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Provide direct support and coaching to staff and families
• Collect and analyze behavior data to drive student outcomes
